Supporting Characters
Minako's Mother first appeared in volume 1, chapter 1. She lives together with Minako, and is always seen scolding her.
Hikaru Sorano first appeared in volume 1, chapter 1. She is a refreshing sweet girl, and Minako's best friend since elementary school. She is much like Minako, as she likes to chase idols, play games and go shopping. She enjoys to drink oolong tea, and she is also the vice-president of a volunteer organization. Once a month she asks for donations to the local community together with the other club members.
Motoki Furuhata first appeared in volume 1, chapter 2. He works part-time at the Game Center Crown which basement is also the secret command center for Sailor V. Minako has a crush on him at the beginning of the manga and describes him as a happy nice guy.
Minako's Father first appeared in volume 1, chapter 3. He lives together with Minako. Minako's mother thinks he is unsuccessful in life, and tells Minako to study so she will not become like him.
Gurikazu Amano first appeared in volume 1, chapter 3. He is a geek who is a classmate of Minako and Hikaru. He is called by his surname rather than his personal name and he has a crush on Minako. He enjoys to play video games and keeps up with the latest idol news. He is also a bish?jo otaku.
Toshio Wakagi first appeared in volume 1, chapter 4. He is a special officer of the Metropolitan Police Office. He is 27 years old and has an older brother who wears glasses. Toshio is constantly annoyed by the fact that Sailor V manages to capture the criminals before he does.
Natsuna Sakurada first appeared in volume 1, chapter 4. She is the bossy superintendent of the Metropolitan Police and a devoted fan of Sailor V. She has a huge poster of Sailor V in her room, and wants to recruit her to the police department. By chance she found out Minako was Sailor V and tries to convince her to join the police ever since. Minako often calls her "big sister".
Toshio Wakagi's Older Brother first appeared in volume 2, chapter 7. He is followed by misfortune as Sailor V wins his desired ticket to Hawaii, he has to pay some guys facilities fee, he gets accused of being a pervert, and eventually becomes a target of Hibiscusy. She transformed him into Aloha Mask and attempted to make him fight Sailor V, but he was easily defeated.
Sait? first appeared in volume 2, chapter 8. He is a previous student of Minako's school and is the leader of a high school gang. He saves Minako after she is harassed by another gang, and she falls for him. Minako had no luck making him her boyfriend, as he loved one of his previous teachers, Ms. Okamoto. At one point, Minako disguises herself as Ms. Okamoto, and she ends up being kissed by Sait? who does not realize it is in fact Minako.
Ms. Okamoto first appeared in volume 2, chapter 8. She is a teacher in home economics at Minako's school. Sait? is in love with her, but she never realized it, nor held such feelings for him. However, she worried and cared about him, and after they met again after Sait? graduated, she did not recognize him.
