Supporting Characters: Side Stories Profiles
There are several side-stories besides the original story. The Chibi Usa Picture Diaries introduces Naruru, Ruruna, Makoto, while the Exam Battles presents Kurume S?ri.Naruru ?saka
Naruru ?saka made her only appearance in Chibi Usa's Picture Diary #4. She is along with Ruruna K?be referred to as a bimbo by Hotaru. She also becomes a target of Hotaru's jealousy, as she refers to herself as Chibi Usa's best friend. Her main interests includes karaoke, eating Häagen Dasz, and collecting brandname/cosplay items. Her surname ?saka may feel familiar, which is not strange, considering that she is Naru ?saka's younger sister.
Naruru is an avid visitor of a pawn shop known as the Hammer Price Shrine. When the pawn shop became threatened, she teamed up with Ruruna to perform the Super White Kick against the enemies. Because they are dressed in clothes similiar to the other sailor soldiers, it is commonly believed among fans that they are sailor soldiers as well. This is a misunderstanding, as no one ever mentions such a thing in the story.

Makoto Hanmatsuura
Makoto Hanmatsuura is the 18th generation owner of the Hammer Price Shrine that appeared in Chibi Usa's Picture Diary #4. He was born on October 27th, his blood type is B and his hobby is embroidery. During the story, his store gets attacked both by scary men and spirits, and ends up being saved by Ruruna, Naruru, Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon. At the end of the story, he captures Ruruna's and Naruru's hearts by disguising himself as Chubby Mask.
Kurume S?ri
Kurume S?ri is a friend of Gurio Umino, and first appeared in Exam Battle #3. He becomes Ami's rival (and crush) when he starts to compete with her in the practice exam rankings, going by the penname Mercurius. Ami becomes so excited about the situation that she declares him an enemy, and ends up fighting the genius loc? Bonn?n who gets mistaken for being Mercurius.
