Antagonists: Side Stories Profiles
There are several side-stories added to the manga, and each have its own villain posing. The Chibi Usa Picture Diaries introduces Lyrica and her mother, Zeta and Epsilon, Resin and Otakūra, while the Exam Battles introduces Bonnōn, Tōhī-chan and Ghost Cistern.Lyrica Hubert
Lyrica Hubert poses as an exchange student from the U Country that appeared in Chibi Usa's Picture Diary #1. She lives at the U Country embassy together with her mother, in a house that is also known to be a ghost house. Lyrica went to school, where she'd bring home the boys infatuated by her, and suck their blood and make them her slaves in the process. At home she slept in a coffin at the yard outside her house, and greatly disliked garlic. She was destroyed by Sailor Moon after her evil scheme was revealed.
Lyrica's Mother
Lyrica's mother lives at the U Country embassy, and posed as the mother of Lyrica. She appeared in Chibi Usa's Picture Diary #1, and was revealed to be a vampire after she was found draining Momoko of her blood. She was destroyed by Sailor Moon's "Moon Princess Halation".
Zeta and Epsilon
Zeta and Epsilon first appears in Chibi Usa's Picture Diary #2. They followed Vega and tried to brainwash her into mistrusting men. Their motive was to take the young kids of Earth and recieve their lively energy. They were destroyed by Sailor Chibi Moon's "Pink Sugar Heart Attack". It is never revealed which of the women was who.
Resin
Resin is a spirit that emerged from the Juuban Dentist office in Chibi Usa's Picture Diary #3. She called herself a genius locī and used the wretched cavities pulled there as nourishment. But since there had not been many cavities lately, she had to emerge from the shadows to get more. Chibi Usa and Usagi became her first planned victims. Her skilled plan, after placing an illusion of a renewed dentist facility, was to inject her patients with a cavity ghost. The ghost would then turn all of the victim's teeth into cavities. She was later destroyed by Sailor Chibi Moon's "Pink Sugar Heart Attack" and melted into a puddle.
Otakūra
Otakūra is the genius locī that inhabited the pawnshop's storehouse in Chibi Usa's Picture Diary #3. After the storehouse is hit by a truck, Otakūra emerges from it and takes over Hotaru's body. She said that those who disturbed her sleep would not be forgiven, and attempted to suck everyone into the storehouse. She was destroyed by Sailor Moon's and Sailor Chibi Moon's "Starlight Honeymoon Double Therapy Kiss".
Bonnōn
Bonnōn is the genius locī that emerged from the floor of the prep school Ami went to in Exam Battle #2 Ami's First Love. She fed upon the passions of others, and targeted Ami because of her love towards Mercurius. She used an attack involving love letters against Ami, but failed, destroyed by Sailor Mercury's "Mercury Aqua Mirage".
Tōhī-chan
Tōhī-chan is the genius locī that emerged from the Pri-Pri store in Juuban, in Exam Battle #1 Mako's Depression. She has been in China for four thousand years, and attempted to use the spirit of sugar to gather more escaping kiddies. When Makoto visited the store, Tōhī-chan targeted her and filled her with her sugar spirit. After Makoto shook off the effects of her spell, she destroyed her with "Jupiter Coconut Cyclone".
Ghost Cistern
Ghost Cistern is the genius locī that lived in the well in the garden at T*A Girls School since the Edo era. She appeared in Exam Battle #3 Rei and Minako's Girls School Battle, and possessed Rei after her sleep was disturbed. She needed savage bodies if she was going to live in a savage time, and attacked several girls to achieve her goal. She was destroyed by Sailor Venus' "Akuryou Taisan".
Princess Snow Kaguya
Princess Snow Kaguya only appeared in the side-story The Lover of Princess Kaguya. She came to Earth via a comet, and dropped a piece of herself, a crystal that was later picked up by the scientist Kakeru Oozora. The crystal grew in his care until the shape of a woman could be seen. Eventually, a woman came to visit him. She introduced herself as Snow Kaguya, the name given to the comet that he had discovered. Kakeru told her he was probably going to die soon, and revealed that his parents died a long time ago. Kaguya said that she could somewhat understand his loneliness as she had also been alone, alone for four and a half billion years. Luna found Kaguya leaning over Kakeru's body, and called for Usagi. Kaguya had to retreat for the time being, as she could not stand up against Sailor Moon's power.
Princess Snow Kaguya was afterwards approached by the soldiers of the outer solar system. They attempted to destroy her, but was driven back by her power. Kaguya revealed that her motive was to cover the Earth with the energy of her four and a half billion years alone, and take it for herself. After a woman named Himeko destroyed the crystal, Kaguya decided to put her plan into action and summoned her minions, the Snow Dancers. The Snow Dancers began to freeze the world, and Kaguya headed for Kakeru. She said he had a beautiful heart, like glass, and that he would dominate the world of ice together with her.
She was yet again stopped by the sailor soldiers, and she told them that the solar system originally had been hers, as well as it had been her other self. She had been supposed to dominate the star system, but the solar system had considered her a heretic, so it drove her away. The sailor soldiers combined their powers and allowed the transformation of Super Sailor Moon. Super Sailor Moon followed her to the outer space, to her comet in order to defeat her. Kaguya was shocked to see that Super Sailor Moon possessed the same light that drove her away in the past. She was destroyed by Super Sailor Moon's "Rainbow Moon Heart Ache".
