Attacks & Powers: Mars Power Make Up


Mars Power Make Up is Rei Hino's first transformation into Sailor Mars. In order to transform, she uses a pen which was given to her by Luna in volume 3, act 10. She transforms by shouting "Mars Power Make Up!".
